🧢 Our Coaches
At Hit & Run Training Facility, our team of instructors is dedicated to developing complete athletes. Whether you’re working on your swing, building velocity, or improving strength and agility, we’ve got a coach for that.

With over 10 years of fastpitch coaching experience—including 8 years at the competitive level—I bring a combination of high-level knowledge, patience, and player-first teaching to every lesson I give.
I grew up playing baseball from little league through college at Lane College (Jackson, TN), where I competed as a catcher, pitcher, and shortstop. But the foundation of who I am as a coach was built during my high school years with the Hickman Mills Cougars, under Coach Dave “Hendu” Henderson. His calm, patient, and relatable teaching style made the fundamentals stick and inspired us to trust the process. He made the game fun, challenging, and meaningful and in return we wanted to run through a brick wall for him. That’s the same approach I bring to every athlete I work with today.
One phrase that has guided my coaching philosophy for years is:
“Boys have to play good to feel good, while girls have to feel good to play good.”
After a decade of coaching fastpitch athletes, I’ve seen this proven true time and time again. Because of that, I strive to create a relaxed, positive, and confidence-building environment where players can perform at their highest level.
I’m passionate about teaching the complete athlete—whether it’s hitting, fielding, or catching—and I’m especially energized by working with the underdog. Give me a player who’s willing to try, to learn, and to work… and I’ll give everything in me to help turn them into one of the best athletes in the area.
If you’re looking for someone who will challenge your player, build their confidence, refine their fundamentals, and support their growth every step of the way—
you’ve come to the right place.
